- acne, skin changes, and hormones (with guidance from our naturopath) 
 -how to feel confident, informed, and proud of their growing bodies

Caregivers attend alongside their girls and leave with simple tools to keep the conversation going at home.

This isn’t a “talk.”
It’s a calm, empowering space to learn, ask questions, and feel less alone in this stage of growing up.
